Yesterday I was watching the movie, Facing the Giants, and in one scene it was mentioned that God told us not to fear 365 times (paraphrased by me). Now, I have not personally taken the time to verify this information, but I thought just how cool that idea was… a bible verse of courage for each day of the year. It would be just like God to do that for His children. So here it is, children, a challenge for each of us. Every time we are afraid, let’s take the time to look up a new verse reminding us that God is still in control and we have nothing to fear. Here are a few to start with…

I am first and foremost a child of God. I am also a single mother, a full time student, and the founder of Lessons in a Shell Ministries. I live in Boone, NC, and have been here the majority of my life. I believe that I am blessed and highly favored by our God; and am grateful for all the help he gives me every day of my life.
